Images Rotated

When uploading photos, your images may sometimes appear to upload "sideways". Craft Maker Pro does not rotate images during the upload process. So your photo may appear to be "sideways" because the photo was actually taken vertically and the image file is actually in this orientation. You are only allowed to install Craft Maker Pro on two machines so each installation, even on the same machine, counts as a new install. Your license may also appear to have been used more than once if your IP address for your internet service changes. This may occur if your modem is reset or you change locations with your machine. How does the pieces pricing calculation work?

Shortcut link isn't working properly

If everytime you click on your shortcut it asks you to confirm whether or not you want to run Craft Maker Pro before it will launch please look on the window for a small checkbox with the message "Ask me this every time you open this file" Untick the box and Craft Maker Pro will launch automatically from then on without asking for further confirmation.

Can't see the .exe file

If you cannot see the .exe file in Windows explorer this is because of your settings in Windows Explorer which hides the extensions for know file types. The executable file is there and should be the first file in the list view called "CraftMaker Pro", assuming they are sorted alphabetically in descending order. Can't see "Modify List View"

If you cannot see the Modify List View to add/remove columns when clicking on the top of the list fields please just close down CMPro and restart. After restarting you should see the "Modify List View" option appear.

Can't see parts in list when adding to piece

If you cannot see any parts in you inventory please make sure that you have added a purchase date for the parts. Without a purchase date parts will not appear in your inventory when you try to create a piece. How do I add purchase dates to the parts list?

Because the list view only allows one line view but there may be multiple purchases for one item the best you can do is to display the most recent purchase date of a Part in the Part list. How To Track Wire & String

The easiest way to track wire or string is to make sure that you convert it to the same units that you would be using when you create a piece. ie if you buy wire in meter rolls but use it in centimeter lengths then convert it to centimeters BEFORE adding it to your parts inventory.
