If you are running Mac 10.8 Lion Operating System or above and receive the error that the developer is not recognised on installation please follow these steps to complete installation.
- In the System Preferences on the Mac, you need to change the security settings. (you may need to click the padlock and type in your admin password first)
- In the "Security and Privacy" system preference, you will see a setting to "Allow apps downloaded from:"
- You will see a notification the "CMPro Installer.pkg was blocked...."
- Click "Open Anyway"
- Go back and start he install process again and it will now work
