Problems saving pictures or any data

If you are having problems uploading pictures or find that your data is not saving correctly after you close and re-open Craft Maker Pro then please check the Read & Write settings for the folder that Craft Maker Pro has been installed to.

These must be set to Read AND Write to allow data to be saved/uploaded.

To Check On A Windows Machine;

1. Navigate to the Craft Maker Pro main folder
2. Right Click and select "Properties" from the pop up
3. View the Attributes in the General Tab and ensure that all the boxes are unticked

To Check On A Mac Machine:

1. Navigate to the main Craft Maker Pro folder
2. Right Click or Apple click and select "Get Info" from the pop up
3. View the Sharing and Permissions settings and make sure that they are set to "Read and Write"
