If you cannot see the text on any of the tabs then this may be a permissions error on your machine.

One simple way to resolve this may be to create a new user and install Craft Maker Pro under that user.
Alternatively if this does not resolve it then the issue may be with the fonts on your machine.
Craft Maker Pro will look for it's fonts from the root level library on Mas OS X and if the regular Arial font does not exist in that library then the text may not display.
