If you cannot see the .exe file in Windows explorer this is because of your settings in Windows Explorer which hides the extensions for know file types.
The executable file is there and should be the first file in the list view called "CraftMaker Pro", assuming they are sorted alphabetically in descending order.
You can just click on that to launch the program.
