You can run Craft Maker Pro on two computers, that is no problem.
However, you do need to be careful with your backups and reinstall of data as the install of a backup onto another machine overwrites the data, it does not merge the databases.
So if the machines are worked on simultaneously the databases will be different and which ever machine you restore the other backup to you will lose data from the other machine.
